Get killed by a Delve Nemesis.
Heavy-Handed requires you to be killed by a Delve Nemesis to earn this 10-point achievement.
Enter a Delve and encounter the Nemesis
Queue for a Delve of any tier. The Nemesis is a rare spawn that appears unpredictably during Delves—there is no confirmed trigger for when it appears. When it spawns, it will be significantly more powerful than regular Delve enemies. Allow it to kill you to complete the achievement. You will also receive the curio Relicblood of Zekvir upon defeat.
