Forged Finery requires collecting any complete armor set from The War Within PvP Season 1, which can be done by purchasing a full honor armor set from Velerd in Dornogal.
Farm 6475 Honor
Earn 
6475 honor through PvP activities to cover the full cost of a complete armor set.
Visit Velerd in Dornogal
Go to Velerd at 55, 76 in Dornogal and purchase every piece of the honor armor set appropriate to your armor type — for example, leather wearers should look under Hallowfall Leather Armor and select the Aspirant set. Alliance players or different armor types may see a different set name listed.
Equip Every Armor Piece
Equip each purchased piece one by one — the achievement only triggers once all pieces have been equipped and are no longer refundable.
Tips
When purchasing a cloak, click the item in chat after buying a piece to confirm it belongs to the correct set, as multiple cloaks are available but only one counts toward the set.
This achievement is expected to become unobtainable once Season 1 ends, based on the pattern from previous expansions.
