Complete Pulling Strings Quest
Everything in this area is hostile until you complete the quest Pulling Strings. Once finished, the area becomes neutral and you can board the High Hollows Skittershaw.
Locate the Skittershaw
The High Hollows Skittershaw has no nameplate and cannot be targeted, so you cannot use targeting macros to find it. Wait for it near any of its stop locations in the City of Threads: at 65.24, 57.19 — at 71.38, 49.95 — at 76.46, 54.97 — at 75.87, 63.68. An easy spot to wait is at 71.38, 49.95.
Ride for Full Lap
Board the High Hollows Skittershaw when it arrives — it can be boarded between stops as well. Once on, remain seated for the full lap, which takes approximately 4 to 5 minutes, until the Skittershaw Spin achievement unlocks.
