War Within Delves: Endgame is a 10-point achievement that unlocks Tier 4 delves in The War Within by reaching level 80 and completing the Khaz Algar main story campaign on your Warband.

Level your character to 80 in The War Within. This is a hard requirement for the achievement.
Complete Main Story Campaign
Finish the Khaz Algar main story leveling campaign on your Warband. Completing both this and reaching level 80 will award the achievement and unlock Tier 4 delves.
