Get the zoomies for more than 20 seconds while disguised as a pet.
Zoomies! requires you to maintain the Zoomies buff for more than 20 seconds while disguised as a pet in Tanaris.
Grab the Pet Mirror
Head to the Pet Box at 62.03, 50.09 in Tanaris and pick up the 
Pet Mirror to disguise yourself as a pet.
Locate the Zoomy Treats
With your pet disguise active, find Zoomy Treats scattered on the ground nearby. There are several clustered together at spots like 63.3, 52.47, 63.02, 49.91, 62.78, 49.22, 62.25, 49.34, 62.17, 49.61, 61.92, 49.70, 61.77, 49.95, 61.94, 50.07, 62.53, 51.02, 61.99, 51.65, 62.38, 51.93, 63.68, 52.46, 63.93, 52.64, 64.15, 52.36, 64.27, 51.10, 63.8, 50.08, and 63.20, 49.64 — the mount stage area and behind the tents at 63.3, 52.47 are particularly good spots with treats close together.
Rotate Treats to Maintain Buff
Each Zoomy Treat grants the Zoomies buff for 4 seconds, and treats respawn very quickly. Find 3 or 4 treats near each other and rotate between them, grabbing the next treat just before the buff expires to keep it running continuously for over 20 seconds. You can use a targeting macro such as /cleartarget /targetexact Zoomy Treat /run if GetRaidTargetIndex('target')~=6 then SetRaidTarget('target',6)end paired with a keybound Interact With Target to quickly collect treats. Pressing Alt-Z to hide your UI can make the treats easier to spot and click.
