Acquire 100 stacks of Unseeming Shift in the Maddening Deep or the Writhing Fields.
The Unseeming requires you to accumulate 100 stacks of Unseeming Shift by standing in the Black Blood pools or interacting with Black Blood Extractors in the Maddening Deep, located in the southern part of Azj-Kahet.
Travel to Maddening Deep
Fly to the Maddening Deep in the southern part of Azj-Kahet at 67.19, 83.11.
Enter the Black Blood
Stand in the Black Blood pool at 67.19, 83.11 in the Ruptured Lake area. The pool grants approximately 5 stacks of Unseeming Shift per second, so reaching 100 stacks takes around 10 seconds. Be aware the pool also deals damage to you while you stand in it.
Try Black Blood Extractors
If standing in the pool does not grant stacks, look for the red Black Blood Extractor containers scattered around the area at 67.19, 83.11 and interact with them instead.

A second location is available at 33.06, 56.26 if the pool at 67.19, 83.11 is occupied or inaccessible.
