Return the evil copies of yourself back to the book after following the spiders in Pillar-nest Xesh.
No Harm Ever Came From Reading A Book is a 5-point exploration achievement earned by reading a mysterious book in a hidden void-themed area beneath Azj-Kahet, then tracking down four evil copies of yourself across the zone in a specific order.
Enter the Spider Cave
Find the cave entrance at 56.7, 85.1 in Azj-Kahet, located just below the City of Threads.
Climb the Wall and Jump
Inside the cave, locate the wall with three small non-targetable spiders at 66.77, 56.26. Climb up using the spiders and jump into the hole below.
Click the Book
After falling into the void-themed pond, click the book inside the ritual circle. Four evil copies of yourself will spawn and then disappear across the zone.
Leave Through the Portal
Exit the cave by using the Mysterious Portal, then begin tracking the evil copies in the correct order — they will not appear if approached out of sequence.
Find the First Copy
Head to Mmarl at 78.04, 63.25 in Azj-Kahet. Approach at a walking pace rather than flying in at high speed, as the copy will not spawn if you arrive too quickly.
Find the Second Copy
Travel to Faerin's Advance and approach from the east side at 60.75, 18.30 first, then the Another You copy will appear sitting on the rock at 58.7, 20.12.
Find the Third Copy
Go to Wildcamp Or'lay, where the copy is sitting by the pond at 24.2, 52.75. Approach slowly on foot to trigger the spawn.
Find the Fourth Copy
Head to The Weaver's Lair and walk into the Flightmaster area at 57.22, 44.29. The whisper that signals the copy's appearance triggers around this position.
Tips
Approach each spawn location slowly on foot — arriving at high flying speed will prevent the copies from appearing.
The copies must be found in order; if a copy is missing from its spot, fly around the area briefly and watch for a chat message to confirm it has appeared.
