Bookworm
Read the following books while under the effects of Polymorphic Translation.
Bookworm requires you to read a series of books and scrolls while under the effects of Polymorphic Translation, earned by visiting a cave in the Nerub'ar zone and interacting with each item before the buff expires.
Buy the Potion from Siesbarg
Head to the City of Threads and find Siesbarg inside the building at 45.1, 13. Purchase at least one 
Potion of Polymorphic Translation: Nerubian — buy two if you want a backup. Do NOT drink it yet.
Travel to the Cave
Leave the City of Threads and travel to the cave area around 39.95, 39.9 in the zone itself. Be sure you are no longer in the City of Threads when using these coordinates, as they point to the correct cave location in the open zone.
Drink the Potion Inside the Cave
Once you are inside the cave, drink the Potion of Polymorphic Translation: Nerubian. This grants a 10-minute buff that allows you to read the books and scrolls. Consider setting markers on all locations before drinking so you can move quickly.
Read All Three Scrolls
The first scroll is at the mouth of the burrow at 40.1, 39.8. The second scroll is just at the bottom of the slope going down at 39.79, 40.5 — this is the Entomological Essay on Grubs, Volume 3. The third scroll is in the next room within the same burrow at 39.09, 42.59, right against the wall. Click each one and allow the cast to complete; the stage registers about half a second after clicking.
Collect the Remaining Books
Also read the Strands of Memory at 27.71, 54.6 and the Treatise on Forms: Skitte at 38.54, 37.74 before the 10-minute buff expires to complete all criteria for Bookworm.
Tips
Before drinking the potion, place markers on all book and scroll locations so you can navigate to each one immediately after the buff is applied — a prot warrior completed this with three minutes to spare using this method.
The Smelling History achievement can be completed during the same potion buff, letting you finish both achievements in a single run.
