The Dread Pit Stories is a 5-point achievement in The Ringing Deeps requiring you to complete each story variant of The Dread Pit delve, found at 73.62, 38.26.
Check Available Stories
Before entering the delve at 73.62, 38.26 in The Ringing Deeps, check the menu screen where you select your tier — the active story variants for the day are listed there, so you can confirm which story is running without entering.
Run Tier 4 or Higher
Set the delve difficulty to Tier 4 or above at 73.62, 38.26, as Tiers 1 through 3 each have a fixed, unchanging story and will not cycle through the variants needed for this achievement.
Complete Kobold Kidnapping Efficiently
During the Kobold Kidnapping story variant, where you must rescue 10 Kobolds, only open cocoons that have a fiery animation inside — cocoons without the animation contain false mobs that provide no progress toward the rescue objective.
Tips
Story variants rotate on a daily reset cycle, so return each day to check the menu screen for a different story without entering the delve.
