Collect and use 100 Algari Anglerthread to permanently increase the power of your Algari Weaverline.
Collect and use 100 
Algari Anglerthread to permanently increase the power of your Algari Weaverline, granting +100 Fishing and +100 Perception account-wide once the thread enchant is applied to your fishing pole.
Attach Algari Weaverline First
Before you can attach Algari Anglerthread to your fishing pole, you must first attach an Algari Weaverline. This can be applied to an Aqirite Fisherfriend, a Bismuth Fisherfriend, an Underlight Angler, or another fishing pole.
Collect Algari Anglerthread
Algari Anglerthread can be fished up or purchased from vendors as part of the Hallowfall Fishing content. It is also available on the Auction House. Threads are character-specific, so progress is tracked per character until the achievement is earned, at which point the total is shared across your Warband.
Farm Via Fishing Derby
To farm threads faster across multiple characters, park your alts at the dock area at 43.6, 57, log into each one and enable Find Fish, then complete the derby quest on your main as quickly as possible. Once your main finishes, log out and log into each alt — each alt will auto-complete the quest upon catching their first non-grey fish within the remaining duration of your main's completed quest buff.
Use Dawnbreaker Portal for Alts
If you have unlocked the Dawnbreaker Mythic+ portal, you can use it on all level 80 alts to quickly reach the quest giver location before the derby buff expires.
Apply Thread to Earn Achievement
Once you have collected and used 100 Algari Anglerthread on your fishing pole, the achievement is earned and the +100 Fishing and +100 Perception buff becomes account-wide. After 100 is reached, Algari Anglerthread will continue to drop but cannot be used for additional stacks or sold for derby marks.
Tips
Threads are not Warband-shared until after the achievement is earned — each character must individually apply an Algari Weaverline to their pole to benefit from the shared count post-achievement.
Completing the derby quest on your main as fast as possible maximizes the window of time available to log into alts and auto-complete their quests, allowing up to 30 or more characters to benefit in a single session.
