Collect 60 Algari Anglerthread by fishing or purchasing from vendors as part of Hallowfall Fishing, then attach them to your Algari Weaverline to permanently increase your fishing pole's power.
Attach Algari Weaverline
Equip an Aqirite Fisherfriend, Bismuth Fisherfriend, Underlight Angler, or another fishing pole and attach an Algari Weaverline to it before you can begin collecting Algari Anglerthread.
Obtain 60 Algari Anglerthread
Fish up Algari Anglerthread or purchase them from vendors as part of the Hallowfall Fishing system until you have collected 60 total threads.
Attach threads to Weaverline
Attach the 60 Algari Anglerthread to your equipped Algari Weaverline to permanently increase the power of your fishing pole and earn the achievement.
Tips
Algari Anglerthread collected on one character are shared with other characters on your account that also have an Algari Weaverline attached to their poles, but only after the achievement is earned.
