Buddy System V
Raise a companion to level 50.
Buddy System V is earned by raising a companion to level 50, and the fastest known method involves farming the Dread Pit delve on the Smashing Skardyn bountiful story day at tier 4.
Unlock Smashing Skardyn Day
Wait for the Dread Pit's active story to be Smashing Skardyn on a bountiful day, then enter a tier 4 version of the delve.
Use Vanathia's Stun Ability
At the start of the run, Vanathia grants you an extra action button ability; use it to stun Skardyn packs, then follow up with AoE damage to kill them quickly.
Farm All 11 Packs
Each pack contains 12–14 Skardyn, each granting 10–11 Brann XP, and when killed they explode and damage nearby mobs including Nerubians. Clear all 11 packs and pick up any mislaid curiosities along the way for approximately 3, 235 Brann XP per full run, which takes roughly 3–5 minutes depending on your class and gear level.
Tips
Each full Dread Pit clear on a bountiful Smashing Skardyn day yields approximately 3, 235 Brann XP, making it one of the most efficient ways to push Brann toward level 50 quickly.
