Collect Radiant Remnants to fuel the Lesser Keyflames. Contributing 3 Radiant Remnants to a Lesser Keyflame will cause a quest-giving NPC to appear nearby.
Light the Keyflame at 63.6, 33.6
Contribute 3 Radiant Remnants to the Lesser Keyflame at 63.6, 33.6 to spawn Seraphine Seedheart, who offers the quests Harvest Havoc and Squashing the Threat — one per week.
Light the Keyflame at 64.4, 30.9
Contribute 3 Radiant Remnants to the Lesser Keyflame at 64.4, 30.9 to spawn Chef Dinaire, who offers Blossoming Delight, Shadows of Flavor, and The Sweet Eclipse — one per week.
