Missed 'Em by That Much
Defeat Queen Ansurek after all players use Abyssal Conduits to travel underneath her during Frothing Gluttony in Nerub-ar Palace on Normal difficulty or higher.
Missed 'Em by That Much requires all living players to use Abyssal Conduit portals to travel underneath Queen Ansurek during Frothing Gluttony in Phase 3 of the Nerub-ar Palace encounter on Normal difficulty or higher.
Reach Phase 3
This achievement occurs exclusively in Phase 3 of the Queen Ansurek fight. Players who die before Phase 3 are automatically counted toward the achievement, so only living players need to complete the mechanic.
Receive Abyssal Conduit
In Phase 3, Queen Ansurek casts Abyssal Conduit on two players, which drops a portal at each marked player's location after a short delay. Stepping on one portal teleports you to the other, similar to the portal mechanic from Artificer Xy'mox.
Position Portals Correctly
The two portal carriers must place their portals on opposite sides of the boss — one close to the middle of the platform and one farther out on the opposite side — so that using the portals causes all players to cross over the central hole and pass underneath Queen Ansurek. When dropping your portal, face away from the hole in the middle of the platform.
Use Portals During Frothing Gluttony
When Frothing Gluttony's blue shrinking ring begins collapsing toward the boss, all living players must step through an Abyssal Conduit portal to cross underneath Queen Ansurek and avoid the lethal ring. Pre-placing raid markers at the correct portal drop locations before the phase begins is strongly recommended to coordinate the two portal carriers quickly.
Tips
See the video guide for a visual demonstration of correct portal placement positioning.
