Many Echoes
Complete 25 Worldsoul Memory events in Khaz Algar.
Many Echoes requires you to complete 25 Worldsoul Memory events in Khaz Algar, earning 10 achievement points upon completion.
Defeat the Final NPC
In each Worldsoul Memory event, you must defeat the NPC that spawns at the 4-minute mark (with roughly 1 minute remaining on the timer) to receive credit toward the achievement. Leaving the event before killing this NPC, even with a high score, will not grant progress.
Repeat Events for Credit
Repeating the same Worldsoul Memory event counts toward achievement progress, so you do not need to complete 25 different events — as long as you defeat the spawned NPC each time, each completion registers.
Chain Events with Radiant Echoes
If you use 
Radiant Echoes to chain Worldsoul Memory events back to back, use Reign of the Old Gods on the south side of Hollowfall, as it consistently registers the 4-minute NPC kill. Avoid Descendants of Distant Waters on the north side of Hollowfall, as it does not reliably grant credit.
Exit Event After Kill
Once you have defeated the required NPC, you can right-click the Worldsoul Memory buff to leave the event early and still retain credit for that completion.
Tips
Reign of the Old Gods in Hollowfall (south side) is the most reliable event to repeat when chaining completions for this achievement.
