The War Within Pathfinder
Complete the War Within achievements listed below.
The War Within Pathfinder is a meta-achievement that unlocks the ability to use Steady Flight (non-Skyriding flight) in Khaz Algar by completing a set of exploration and storyline achievements across the zone.
Track Your Progress
Open your Achievements panel, navigate to Exploration, then The War Within, and scroll down to find the Pathfinder achievement. Click any grayed-out sub-achievement to see which specific areas or criteria you still need to complete.
Complete Exploration Sub-Achievements
The most commonly incomplete portion is the Explore Khaz Algar requirement. Click into each zone such as the Isle of Dorn to see which sub-areas are grayed out, then check the checkbox beneath the achievement icon to track missing locations on your map.
Unlock Switch Flight Style
Once the achievement is complete, find the Switch Flight Style spell in your spellbook under the General tab, inside the Skyriding section at the very end of the list, which lets you toggle between Skyriding and Steady Flight in Khaz Algar.
