Harbinger of the Weathered
Outgrow the use of Weathered Harbinger Crests during The War Within Season 1.
Harbinger of the Weathered is a Season 1 achievement earned by upgrading all gear slots to item level 593 or higher, which unlocks the ability to trade Weathered Harbinger Crests for Carved Harbinger Crests.
Upgrade All Gear Slots
Upgrade every gear slot to item level 593 or higher. Use this macro to identify any slots still below the threshold: /run local n=tInvert(Enum.ItemRedundancySlot),a;for i=0,16 do a = C_ItemUpgrade.GetHighWatermarkForSlot(i); if a < 597 then print(a, n) end end — note that some slots may show lower than expected if you use a staff instead of a main hand and off-hand combination.
Collect Your Mail Reward
After the achievement is earned, check your in-game mailbox for a mail from Vaskarn containing 100 Valorstones.
Trade Crests at Vaskarn
Visit Vaskarn at 51.8, 42.2 in Dornogal to trade 90 Weathered Harbinger Crests for 15 Carved Harbinger Crests.
Tips
Nascent crests can be obtained from Llande at 52.4, 71.4 in Dornogal.
