Complete the World PvP achievements listed below.
Ruffious's Bid is a meta-achievement worth 25 points that requires completing a set of World PvP sub-achievements, rewarding the title Slayer of the Deeps and the mount 
Raging Cinderbee upon completion.
Enable War Mode Always
War Mode must be active at all times while working toward every sub-achievement under this meta — without it, no progress is credited to any of the requirements.
Farm Sparking Battle Weekly
Sparking Battle is the most time-consuming sub-achievement; it is time-gated by weekly resets, so use multiple level-80 characters to collect 
Sparks of War each week and reduce the total number of weeks required.
Loot War Supply Crates
War supply crates spawn approximately every 20 minutes and award honor, making them the most efficient way to progress the Tour of Duty honor-based sub-achievements without needing to kill other players; join group finder groups dedicated to farming these crates.
Complete Tour Zone Chests
Looting the chest after your faction wins a zone awards credit toward the Tour sub-achievements for each zone, so killing opposing players is not required as long as you arrive and loot the chest following a faction victory.
Use Alts for PvP World Quests
Having multiple characters, ideally with both factions available on the same realm, significantly accelerates progress by allowing completion of PvP world quests and weekly spark objectives across all characters simultaneously.

Using characters from both factions on the same realm lets you cover faction-specific objectives each week without needing a second account.
Joining group finder communities focused on war crate rotations is the fastest method for accumulating honor toward the Tour of Duty requirements.
