Sparking Battle
Complete the Sparks of War quest in the War Within 5 times.
Sparking Battle requires you to complete the Sparks of War quest in The War Within 5 times, with a follow-up version of the same achievement requiring 15 additional completions for a total of 20, which contributes to the meta-achievement rewarding a title and the 
Raging Cinderbee mount.
Collect Sparks of War
Gather 
Spark of War by completing World Quests in the relevant zone (including pet battle World Quests, which grant 10 sparks), looting 
Odd Glob of Wax (grants 5 or more sparks each), and opening non-one-time Treasures (5 sparks each). Rares can also drop sparks, though their reset behavior is inconsistent, so prioritize World Quests and Treasures instead.
Fill the Wax Bar
Use your collected sparks to fill the contribution wax bar to Middles — doing this 5 times completes the Sparking Battle achievement, and 20 total completions finish the follow-up version of the achievement.
Use Alts for Extra Progress
Level 70 alts with War Mode enabled can pick up the Sparks of War quest and farm sparks independently, allowing you to make more than one quest's worth of progress per week across multiple characters.
Tips
The Sparking Battle achievement has a follow-up version under the same name requiring 15 more completions (20 total), which is needed for the meta-achievement granting a title and the Raging Cinderbee mount.
If no spark source is available in the weekly rotation, progress toward this achievement may be blocked that week — check if sources have returned before farming.
