Enter Trial of the Champion
Set the dungeon to Heroic Difficulty and enter Trial of the Champion, then navigate to the Black Knight.
Avoid Ghoul Explosions
During the Black Knight encounter, every player in the group must avoid being hit by any ghoul explosion for the entire fight — a single hit on any player will prevent the achievement from completing.
