Purchase and use an Argent Pony from Dame Evniki Kapsalis, the Crusader's Quartermaster.
Pony Up! is a 10-point achievement earned by purchasing and using the 
Argent Pony Bridle from Dame Evniki Kapsalis at the Argent Tournament in northern Icecrown.
Earn Required Reputation
You must be an Exalted Argent Champion of the Alliance or Exalted Argent Champion of the Horde before Dame Evniki Kapsalis will sell you the Argent Pony Bridle.
Gather 150 Champion's Seals
The Argent Pony Bridle costs 150 Champion's Seals — do not confuse it with the Argent Horse, which costs 100 Champion's Seals and shares a similar thumbnail but will not grant this achievement.
Purchase and Use the Bridle
Buy the Argent Pony Bridle from Dame Evniki Kapsalis at the Argent Tournament in northern Icecrown, then use the consumable item — it will be consumed on use and the achievement will be awarded immediately.
Tips
The Argent Pony Bridle does not count toward the 100 mounts achievement, so factor that into your Champion's Seals spending priorities.
After using the bridle, your existing Argent Squire or Argent Gruntling pet gains bank, vendor, and mailbox options, but using any of these triggers a 4-hour cooldown on those options even if you resummon the pet.
