Pilgrim's Peril
While wearing either a Pilgrim's Dress, Robe, or Attire, take a seat at each enemy capital's Bountiful Table.
Pilgrim's Peril requires you to sit at a Bountiful Table in each enemy capital while wearing a 
Pilgrim's Dress, Robe, or Attire.
Obtain Pilgrim's Attire
You can obtain the required Pilgrim's clothing from any daily quest available during the Pilgrim's Bounty holiday season. Transmogrification does not count — you must physically equip the actual clothing piece.
Sit at Orgrimmar Table
Fly to the Bountiful Table at 46.37, 15.2 in Durotar (just outside Orgrimmar's gates). Alternatively, the Razor Hill table at 52.98, 44.12 in Durotar also grants credit for Orgrimmar. Dismount, sit in a chair, then immediately leave.
Sit at Thunder Bluff Table
Fly into Thunder Bluff and sit at the Bountiful Table at 28.76, 62.4. The tables are located near an elevator to the south. Flying in directly to an outlying table away from nearby NPCs makes this straightforward. Bloodhoof Village in Mulgore at 46.46, 59.22 also has a table if needed.
Sit at Silvermoon City Table
Head to the Bountiful Table at 55.29, 53.63 in Eversong Woods, just outside Silvermoon City. The Falconwing Square table at 46.47, 47.27 in Eversong Woods is an alternative option if you prefer a less populated spot.
Sit at Undercity/Brill Table
The Undercity table inside the city at 67.98, 7.88 does not reliably trigger the achievement credit. Instead, travel to the Brill table at 58.81, 51.18 in Tirisfal Glades, which grants the Undercity credit. Note that this area auto-flags you for PVP and Horde players may be present near the tables, so going during off-peak hours reduces opposition. The nearest graveyard is near Scarlet Monastery if you die.
Tips
Using a mount available to both factions, such as the Albino Drake, Netherwing Drakes, Nether Rays, or the Sandstone Drake, reduces the chance of drawing immediate hostile attention while flying into enemy capitals.
Fly directly to an outlying table seat that is as far from surrounding NPCs as possible, sit, then immediately remount and leave to minimize exposure.
