Chasing Marcia
Complete each of Marcia Chase's 5 fishing daily quests listed below.
Chasing Marcia is a 10-point achievement earned by completing all 5 of Marcia Chase's fishing daily quests, which are picked up from Marcia Chase beside the fountain in Old Dalaran (Northrend).
Find Marcia Chase
Go to Old Dalaran in Northrend and pick up daily fishing quests from Marcia Chase next to the fountain. The Marcia in New Dalaran does not offer these daily quests.
Complete The Ghostfish
Travel to River's Heart in Sholazar Basin and fish in the water there — at 49, 62 is a known fishing spot. Once you catch the Ghostfish, click the item to consume it, which phases you into a shadowy realm for about 10 seconds and completes the quest.
Complete Disarmed!
Fish in the Violet Hold lake inside Dalaran until you catch a 
Bloated Slippery Eel, then open it to find the arm and complete the quest.
Complete Remaining Quests
The remaining daily quests are assigned randomly each day, so continue picking up and completing quests from Marcia Chase daily until all 5 have been completed — this can take a week or longer due to the random rotation.
Tips
The 5 daily quests rotate randomly, so the achievement is time-gated by RNG — finishing all 5 can realistically take several weeks or up to two months depending on which quests appear each day.
Fishing skill level 1 is sufficient to complete all of Marcia Chase's daily quests, so no skill grinding is required before starting.
