Knock on Wood (25 player) requires you to defeat Freya in 25-player mode while keeping at least one of the three Elders — Elder Brightleaf, Elder Ironbranch, or Elder Stonebark — alive throughout the fight.
Choose an Elder to spare
Each Elder left alive grants Freya a corresponding buff: Elder Brightleaf grants Brightleaf's Essence, Elder Ironbranch grants Ironbranch's Essence, and Elder Stonebark grants Stonebark's Essence. The player data confirms Elder Brightleaf was successfully left alive for the achievement.

A working composition for this encounter with Elder Brightleaf active is 2 Tanks, 3 Healers, and 5 DPS — with one DPS Death Knight speccing Frost to help tank the 3-add group.
Avoid the light pillars
