Alone in the Darkness (10 player)
Defeat Yogg-Saron without the assistance of any Keepers in 10-player mode.
Alone in the Darkness (10 player) is earned by defeating Yogg-Saron in 10-player mode without activating the assistance of any of the four Keepers.
Enter Ulduar and Skip All Keepers
Enter Ulduar and do not interact with or activate any of the four Keepers before the Yogg-Saron encounter — activating even one will invalidate the achievement.
Survive Without Keeper Buffs
Without the Keepers, your raid loses 40% bonus damage, 20% maximum HP, 20% additional healing taken, 20% movement speed, and a 20% reduction in damage taken — as well as special abilities like Hodir's Protective Gaze and Mimiron's Destabilization Matrix, so your group must compensate entirely through positioning and sustained throughput.
Clear Phase 1 Adds
In Phase 1, kill the adds that spawn on top of Sara; you can run through the green clouds to accelerate their spawning, or simply wait beside Sara for them to come to you since incoming damage during this phase is light. The Phase 2 transition triggers after 8 adds on top of Sara have been killed, and any remaining adds can be finished off during the transition.
Defeat Yogg-Saron
Push through Phase 2 and Phase 3 without any Keeper assistance to defeat Yogg-Saron and earn the achievement.
