Drive Me Crazy (25 player) is earned by defeating Yogg-Saron in 25-player mode without any raid member reaching 0% Sanity and becoming mind controlled.
Understand the Sanity Mechanic
Every ability Yogg-Saron uses reduces Sanity, which starts at 100% for each player. If any player's Sanity reaches 0%, they become mind controlled by Yogg-Saron, which fails the achievement.
Use Sanity Wells
Sanity Wells spawn during the fight and restore Sanity over time when you stand near them — use these to prevent any player from dropping to 0%.
Enter Ulduar and Defeat Yogg-Saron
Enter Ulduar and defeat Yogg-Saron while keeping all players above 0% Sanity throughout the entire encounter to earn the achievement.
