Manage sanity during the fight
Stand in the green pillars of light in Yogg-Saron's room to regain sanity, which restores approximately 10-20 sanity per second. Monitor your sanity debuff throughout the entire encounter and ensure all raid members stay out of the insane state.
Recruit Freya as a keeper
Have Freya assist you during the Yogg-Saron fight, as keeper support makes maintaining sanity significantly easier.
