Getting Back to Nature (25 player)
Defeat Freya while she is affected by 25 stacks of Attuned to Nature in 25-player mode.
Getting Back to Nature (25 player) requires defeating Freya in 25-player mode while she still has at least 25 stacks of her Attuned to Nature buff remaining.
Understand Attuned to Nature
Freya starts the fight with 150 stacks of Attuned to Nature, with each stack increasing healing done to her by 4%, meaning she heals herself at 600% increased healing at the start of the encounter. Stacks are removed by killing her add waves, so the goal is to kill enough adds to make her manageable while leaving her with at least 25 stacks when she dies.
Track Stacks Per Add Wave
Each add wave removes a set number of stacks: killing the Ancient Conservator removes 25 stacks, killing all three adds in the Ancient Water Spirit, Storm Lasher, and Snaplasher wave removes 30 stacks total (10 per add, and all three must die within a 10-second window to prevent them from reviving), so track your running stack total carefully as you clear waves.
Stop Killing Adds at 25 Stacks
Once Freya is reduced to 25 stacks or just above, stop killing add waves and focus all damage onto Freya herself — she just needs to be at 25 stacks or higher when she dies, so tanking the final add wave while nuking Freya is the recommended approach to finish the fight within the required threshold.
