Defeat Hodir without any friendly NPC dying in 10-player mode.
Defeat Hodir in 10-player mode without any friendly NPC dying, including the 4 frozen allies you can free during the encounter.
Free the frozen allies
At the start of the fight, 4 NPCs are frozen in ice tombs around the arena. Break their ice tombs during the encounter to free them and gain significant buffs from their presence.
Keep all NPCs alive
Protect both the freed allies and any other friendly NPCs throughout the entire fight. If any NPC dies, the achievement fails.
Defeat Hodir
Defeat the boss while maintaining the survival condition for all NPCs.
