Disarmed (25 player)
Destroy both of Kologarn's arms and then Kologarn himself within 12 seconds in 25-player mode.
Disarmed (25 player) requires you to destroy both of Kologarn's arms and have the health loss from killing the second arm be what kills Kologarn himself, all within 12 seconds between arm kills.
Set Up Arm Health
During the fight, assign a portion of your damage dealers to the Left Arm and work it down to around 5% health while the rest of the raid burns the Right Arm repeatedly as normal. Each destroyed arm removes approximately 15% of Kologarn's total health, so both arms dying will deal 30% damage to Kologarn's torso.
Wait for 40% Kologarn Health
Do not kill both arms until Kologarn's torso is at or just above 40% health. This ensures that the combined 30% health loss from destroying both arms is what kills Kologarn, rather than your direct damage or damage over time effects finishing him off.
Kill Both Arms Rapidly
Once Kologarn is at just above 40%, burn the Right Arm down fully, then immediately finish off the Left Arm within 12 seconds. The torso must die as a direct result of the second arm's death — if any direct damage, cleave, or damage over time effect kills Kologarn before the arm health deduction does, the achievement will not complete.
Survive Stone Shout
After both arms are destroyed, Kologarn begins casting Stone Shout on the entire raid. Since the goal is for the arm health penalty to kill him rather than raid damage, your healers must be prepared to keep the raid alive through this cast for the brief moment before Kologarn dies from the arm loss.
