I Choose You, Runemaster Molgeim (25 player)
Defeat the Assembly of Iron with Runemaster Molgeim as the last member alive in 25-player mode.
I Choose You, Runemaster Molgeim (25 player) is earned by defeating the Assembly of Iron in Ulduar with Runemaster Molgeim as the last boss killed, triggering the first tier of hard mode.
Plan the kill order
Runemaster Molgeim must die last. Kill either Steelbreaker or Stormcaller Brundir first, then the other, saving Molgeim for last.
Understand Molgeim's abilities
Molgeim begins with Runic Barrier and Rune of Power. After the first boss dies he gains Rune of Death, a void zone. After the second boss dies he gains Rune of Summoning, which summons Lightning Elementals that explode with Lightning Blast.
Manage supercharge effects
Each time a boss dies, all remaining bosses are healed to full and deal increased damage, so be prepared for Molgeim to become significantly more dangerous as the fight progresses.
Defeat Molgeim last
Once both other bosses are dead, focus Molgeim down while avoiding Rune of Death void zones and killing or interrupting the suicidal Lightning Elementals spawned by Rune of Summoning before they can explode.
Collect the Archivum Data Disc
Killing Molgeim last causes him to drop an Archivum Data Disc, which starts the quest for the Algalon access key. Note that killing Steelbreaker last also drops this item.
Tips
The Algalon key quest started by the Archivum Data Disc also requires defeating Thorim, Freya, Hodir, and Mimiron on hard mode, so plan accordingly if that is your goal.
