Start Encounter, Keep Engineers Alive
Begin the Razorscale encounter and keep the engineers alive throughout so they can repair all 4 harpoons. Unequip your weapons to avoid killing Razorscale too quickly.
Accumulate 25 Dark Rune Guardians
Allow Dark Rune Guardians to spawn and accumulate — ideally 25 — by letting them kill remaining NPCs so they automatically aggro onto you. Kill other mob types if they threaten your survival, but leave the Guardians alive.
Use All 4 Harpoons
Once all 4 harpoons are repaired, click each harpoon to shoot down Razorscale and pin her to the ground. Position yourself between the harpoons and Razorscale's face.
Bring Razorscale Below 50% Health
While Razorscale is stunlocked from the landing, deal enough damage to bring her below 50% health, then stop attacking and let her stand.
Stand with Dwarves, Collect Credit
Stand in front of Razorscale alongside all 25 Dark Rune Guardians and wait for her to cast Flame Breath — as long as the Guardians die within about half a second of the Flame Breath cast, you receive credit for the achievement.
Tips
Use this macro to count nearby Dark Rune Guardians via nameplates before using the harpoons:
