Defeat Flame Leviathan with 3 Orbital Defense Systems active in 25-player mode.
Nuked from Orbit (25 player) is earned by defeating Flame Leviathan with 3 Orbital Defense Systems active, which is achieved by leaving 3 of the 4 defense towers intact during the gauntlet leading to the boss.
Activate the defense towers
Before starting the gauntlet, speak to the Lore Keeper of Norgannon to activate the defense towers, then speak to Brann to begin. You must activate at least 3 towers and leave them intact — each intact tower adds one Orbital Defense System to Flame Leviathan.
Defeat Flame Leviathan
Enter the raid and defeat Flame Leviathan while all 3 Orbital Defense Systems are active. Each active system increases the Leviathan's health by 50% (multiplicative) and grants him additional abilities, so account for significantly higher health and extra mechanics during the fight.
Tips
Completing this with 3 towers active also increases the number of Emblems of Conquest dropped and converts any Emblems of Valor to Emblems of Conquest.
Leaving more towers intact also increases the number of runed orbs dropped and raises the chance of obtaining Val'anyr fragments.
