Orbital Devastation (25 player) is earned by defeating Flame Leviathan with exactly 2 Orbital Defense Systems active in 25-player mode, which is the second tier of hard mode and rewards 2 Emblems of Conquest.
Activate Two Defense Towers
Before starting the gauntlet, speak with the Lore Keeper of Norgannon to activate 2 of the 4 available defense towers. Leave those 2 towers intact as you proceed through the gauntlet — destroying them will deactivate the corresponding Orbital Defense Systems on the Flame Leviathan.
Start the Gauntlet
After activating your chosen towers via the Lore Keeper of Norgannon, speak with Brann to begin the gauntlet leading to the Flame Leviathan.
Defeat Flame Leviathan
Enter the raid and defeat the Flame Leviathan while both activated Orbital Defense Systems remain online. With 2 systems active, the Leviathan's health is increased by 50% multiplicatively per active tower, and he gains additional abilities and buffs, so be prepared for a significantly more difficult fight than the standard encounter.
