Orbital Devastation (10 player)
Defeat Flame Leviathan with at least 2 Orbital Defense Systems active in 10-player mode.
Orbital Devastation (10-player) is earned by defeating Flame Leviathan with at least 2 Orbital Defense Systems active, which is accomplished by leaving 2 of the 4 defense towers intact during the gauntlet leading to the boss.
Activate Two Defense Towers
Before starting the gauntlet, speak with the Lore Keeper of Norgannon to activate at least 2 of the 4 defense towers. Do NOT speak to Brann to begin the gauntlet until the towers are activated. Leaving a tower intact keeps its corresponding Orbital Defense System active on Flame Leviathan.
Start the Gauntlet
After activating 2 towers, talk to Brann to begin the gauntlet. Leave both activated towers standing as you fight through to Flame Leviathan — destroying them will deactivate the Orbital Defense Systems and void the achievement.
Defeat Flame Leviathan
Enter the raid and defeat Flame Leviathan while both Orbital Defense Systems remain active. With 2 towers up, Flame Leviathan gains 125% increased health (multiplicative per tower) and additional abilities, so prioritize managing the extra mechanics. Killing him in this state awards the Orbital Devastation achievement and 2 Emblems of Conquest.
Tips
Thorim's Hammer is considered the easiest tower to leave active, so prioritize it as one of your two chosen towers.
With 2 Orbital Defense Systems active, triggering system overloads is recommended while still building maximum pyrite barrel stacks on your demolishers for burst damage.
