Champion of Darnassus
Earn the right to represent Darnassus in the Argent Tournament.
Champion of Darnassus requires you to earn the right to represent Darnassus in the Argent Tournament by completing the Valiant's Charge quest and defeating the Argent Champion in jousting combat.
Complete The Valiant's Charge
Complete The Valiant's Charge for Darnassus, which requires 25 Valiant Seals. Earn these by completing daily quests at The Argent Tournament Grounds.
Accept The Valiant's Challenge
After turning in The Valiant's Charge, you will receive The Valiant's Challenge quest.
Prepare Your Jousting Mount
Before approaching Squire Danny at 68, 20, equip your jousting mount and place the lance in your action slot. Squire Danny will not offer you the fight unless you are already mounted with the lance equipped.
Defeat the Argent Champion
Speak to Squire Danny to trigger the Argent Champion. When combat begins, immediately use Charge (slot 3), then activate Defend (slot 4). Keep your distance and repeatedly use Shield Breaker (slot 2) by running away at an angle. Whenever the Champion is at a distance, use Charge (slot 3) again to close and deal damage.
Tips
If you are stuck on reputation with no available quests, contact a GM to investigate whether your Darnassus Valiant progress is properly flagged.
