Exalted Champion of Gnomeregan requires reaching Exalted reputation with the Gnomeregan Exiles and earning the right to represent them at the Argent Tournament.
Complete Argent Tournament Quests
Work through the Argent Tournament daily quests to earn reputation with the Gnomeregan Exiles and progress toward Champion status.
Grind Reputation via Tabard
If you fall short of Exalted after completing your Champion quests, equip a Gnome tabard and run a low-level dungeon repeatedly. Kills in The Stockades award reputation per kill, though gains per kill are low so expect a lengthy grind.
Quest Bloodmyst Isle for Spillover
Questing Bloodmyst Isle for Exodar reputation can generate spillover reputation toward Gnomeregan Exiles, so if you need both factions consider doing those quests before finishing off your Gnomeregan grind to avoid wasting any potential overflow gains.
Tips
Do not fully reach Exalted on one Alliance faction before moving to the next if spillover is active on your character, as mass questing generates spillover rep across multiple factions simultaneously.
Runecloth can be purchased from the Auction House to turn in for Gnomeregan reputation if you prefer to skip dungeon grinding.
