Acquire Egbert's Egg, Sleepy Willy, and Elekk Training Collar.
Veteran Nanny requires you to acquire 
Egbert's Egg, 
Sleepy Willy, and 
Elekk Training Collar as actual items that teach each pet — not the battle pet versions purchased from the Auction House.
Visit Orphan Matron Nightingale
Travel to Cathedral Square in Stormwind and speak with Orphan Matron Nightingale to begin the Human orphan quest chain during Children's Week. She will provide you with a Human Orphan Whistle.
Visit Orphan Matron Mercy
Travel to Lower City in Shattrath City and speak with Orphan Matron Mercy to begin the Draenei orphan quest chain during Children's Week. She will provide you with a Draenei Orphan Whistle.
Complete Both Quest Chains
Complete both orphan quest chains to earn the teaching items for each pet. The items that teach Egbert's Egg, Sleepy Willy, and Elekk Training Collar must be obtained this way — purchasing the battle pet versions from the Auction House does not count toward this achievement.
Tips
This achievement is not required for the Children's Week meta-achievement, so it can be completed at your own pace during the Children's Week holiday event.
