Pick Up the Quest
Pick up the quest You're a Mean One... from Wulmort Jinglepocket in Ironforge, located in front of the bank next to the tree.
Travel to Hillsbrad Foothills
Fly to Hillsbrad Foothills and make your way to the cave where The Abominable Greench is located.
Defeat or Wait Out the Greench
Slay The Abominable Greench, or if he is already dead, wait near the area — Metzen the Reindeer will remain for about 2 minutes after the Greench dies and the Greench drops no loot.
Free Metzen the Reindeer
Interact with Metzen the Reindeer near the cave and pick up the 
Stolen Treats to complete the quest and earn the achievement on turn-in.
