Torch Juggler
Juggle 40 torches in 15 seconds in Dalaran.
Torch Juggler requires you to juggle 40 torches within 15 seconds while standing in Dalaran, earned by spamming the 
Juggling Torch at your own feet.
Buy Juggling Torches
Purchase at least 10 Juggling Torches from a vendor. Buying around 15 gives a comfortable buffer.
Travel to Old Dalaran
Go to the original Dalaran in Northrend. A portal to it can be found at your faction's Shrine in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms.
Set Up Your Macro
Create a macro with the following: #showtooltip / /use [@cursor] Juggling Torch — then place it on your action bar. Alternatively, simply bind the Juggling Torch directly to a key.
Spam Torches at Your Feet
Head into the Dalaran sewers where the low ceiling helps, position your cursor directly over your character's feet, and spam the macro or keybind. The achievement should trigger in roughly 6 seconds.
