The 'Charming' achievement requires you to create 12 
Lovely Charm Bracelets, each crafted from 10 
Lovely Charms collected by killing mobs while carrying a 
Lovely Charm Collector's Kit.
Obtain the Collector's Kit
Pick up a Lovely Charm Collector's Kit from Peddlefeet-like NPCs found in major cities — for example, the vendor in Orgrimmar to the right of the Auction House. This kit must remain in your inventory while farming and disappears on logout.
Farm Lovely Charms from mobs
Kill mobs that grant you XP normally; the drop rate is around 20–30% and you do not need to manually loot the charms. Strong farming locations include the Slags in Halls of Lightning (only 16k HP with fast respawns), the Razorback Snappers near Halfhill at 62, 27 in Valley of the Four Winds, or wolvar in Sholazar Basin. At level 60 in Shadowlands, clearing all mobs in a Torghast Layer 1 run works well due to high mob density and fast kills.
Craft 12 Lovely Charm Bracelets
Once you have 10 Lovely Charms, combine them to craft one Lovely Charm Bracelet. Repeat until you have crafted 12 bracelets total to complete the achievement.
Tips
This achievement was removed in the Love is in the Air 2024 revamp (patch 10.2.5) and is now a Feat of Strength, so it can no longer be newly earned.
The drop rate for Lovely Charms is approximately 20–30% per eligible mob kill, so higher-density or fast-respawn spots reduce total farming time significantly.
