Open Brightly Colored Eggs
Collect and open Brightly Colored Eggs during the Noblegarden event. The Elegant Dress has an estimated drop rate of approximately 0.5%, meaning you have roughly a 63% chance of obtaining one within 200 eggs and a 99% chance within 919 eggs.
Loot the Elegant Dress
When the Elegant Dress drops, physically loot it from your bags to ensure the achievement registers — the dress is not bound on pickup, so simply receiving it may not be enough to trigger credit.
Tips
The Elegant Dress is not bind-on-pickup, meaning it can be traded or found on the Auction House as an alternative to farming eggs directly.
This achievement is not required for the Noblegarden title or the What a Long, Strange Trip It's Been meta-achievement drake, so it can be skipped if you are only chasing those rewards.
