The 'Leeeeeeeeeeeeeroy!' achievement requires you to kill 50 Rookery Whelps within 15 seconds in Upper Blackrock Spire, rewarding the title Jenkins.
Travel to Blackrock Spire
Blackrock Spire is located in the mountain between Searing Gorge and Burning Steppes. Enter from the Searing Gorge side and turn left to find the chain leading down toward Blackrock Depths.
Climb to Upper Entrance
Go up the chains and turn left, away from Blackrock Depths, then pass the hand holding the chain and head straight until you can jump onto a small balcony where the portal into Blackrock Spire is located. If visibility is low, raising your gamma in the video options can help.
Clear to the Rookery
Inside Upper Blackrock Spire, clear your way through to the Rookery. Use area-of-effect abilities to kill 50 Rookery Whelps within 15 seconds to complete the achievement.
