Spore Loser (10 player)
Defeat Loatheb in Naxxramas without killing any spores in 10-player mode.
Spore Loser (10 player) requires defeating Loatheb in Naxxramas on 10-player mode without allowing any spores to die during the encounter.
Disable all AoE abilities
Before the fight, every player must disable or unequip anything that deals AoE or reflect damage. Death Knights must avoid Pestilence, Wandering Plague, and Army of the Dead. Mages must disable Molten Armor and Mirror Image. Druids must not cast Thorns. Warriors should remove their shield if they are not the sole tank, as damage return from the shield kills spores. Warlocks must dismiss or prevent their Imp from using Fire Shield. Hunters must disable AoE pet abilities such as Thunderstomp, Swipe, and Flame Breath. Paladins must turn off Retribution Aura and avoid Divine Storm. Shamans must not use Chain Lightning, Searing Totem, or Lightning Shield. Priests should be cautious with Shadowfiend.
Unequip Ghost Iron Dragonling
If you have a 
Ghost Iron Dragonling equipped, unequip it before engaging Loatheb, as the dragonling will kill the spores and cause the achievement to fail.
Defeat Loatheb, ignore spores
Enter Naxxramas and focus all damage exclusively on Loatheb while completely ignoring the spores. Use only single-target abilities with no AoE whatsoever, and the achievement will be awarded upon Loatheb's death even if the spores despawn during the fight.
