Defeat Feugen and Stalagg
Enter Naxxramas and kill Feugen and Stalagg as normal. One effective approach is to start on Feugen's platform and let Stalagg come to you, then DPS both down together.
Assign Fixed Positions
Before Thaddius rises, assign every player to a fixed position on either the left (negative) or right (positive) side of the room and instruct them to stay stationary there for the entire fight, avoiding any cross-room movement entirely.
Move Immediately on Charge
When Thaddius applies a charge, players must move immediately to the correct side — positive players to the right, negative players to the left — and then stop moving, since unnecessary running across the room is the primary cause of failing this achievement.
Tips
Ranged DPS players have a significant advantage here — two ranged can each take a side and stay as far from the boss as possible without needing to reposition at all.
Thaddius has a health pool comparable to Patchwerk in 10-player, so the fight is short; the fewer players involved, the less chance of accidental charge crossing.
