Defeat the 4 Horsemen in Naxxramas, ensuring that they all die within 15 seconds of each other in 25-player mode.
Defeat the 4 Horsemen in Naxxramas 25-player mode with all four bosses dying within 15 seconds of each other.
Engage the 4 Horsemen
Enter Naxxramas and pull the 4 Horsemen encounter. Allow them to spread to their corners before engaging, then focus your raid's damage to kill them in a coordinated sequence.
Kill two initial horsemen
Two of the horsemen will come toward your raid position. Burn down both of these bosses while your raid prepares to move.
Move and kill the third horseman
Run to one of the corners where the remaining horsemen are positioned and kill the boss in that location.
Kill the fourth horseman
Quickly move to the fourth horseman's corner and finish him within 15 seconds of when the third horseman died.
