Brann Spankin' New is a 10-point Heroic difficulty achievement earned in the Halls of Stone by completing the Tribunal of Ages encounter without letting Brann Bronzebeard take any damage.
Enter Halls of Stone
Enter the Halls of Stone on Heroic difficulty and begin the Tribunal of Ages encounter.
Position at the stairs
Stand at the stairs at the start of the encounter — this is where you intercept all incoming mob waves before they can reach Brann Bronzebeard.
Kill adds with AoE
Use AoE abilities to kill every wave of spawning adds in the hallway as they come, preventing them from reaching Brann Bronzebeard. Note that ground-effect AoE spells like Death and Decay do not automatically pull mobs to you, so be ready to manually intercept any that slip past.
Avoid the laser
Do not stand in the laser during the encounter, and maintain your position at the stairs for the roughly 5-minute duration of the event until the achievement is awarded.
Tips
Classes with strong AoE threat generation such as Ret Paladin and Death Knight are particularly effective at preventing adds from reaching Brann Bronzebeard.
