Deliver a killing blow to a Scion of Eternity while riding on a hover disk in 10-player mode.

Denyin' the Scion (10 player) requires you to deliver the killing blow to a Scion of Eternity while riding on a hover disk in the 10-player version of the Eye of Eternity.

1

Enter Eye of Eternity

Enter the Eye of Eternity on 10-player mode and begin the Malygos encounter. Damage Malygos carefully to bring him below 50% health to trigger Phase 2, indicated by his dialogue 'I had hoped to end your lives quickly....' — be cautious not to burst him too low in a single hit.

2

Kill a Nexus Lord

In Phase 2, two types of floating NPCs appear: Nexus Lords and Scions of Eternity. Kill a Nexus Lord first, then click on the hover disk it leaves behind to mount it.

3

Kill a Scion Yourself

While riding the Nexus Lord's disk, deliver the killing blow to a Scion of Eternity — the achievement is awarded instantly upon the kill. Do not let a damage-over-time effect land the killing blow, as this will not count toward the achievement.

4

Reset If Needed

The achievement does not require killing Malygos, so if you or your group misses the killing blow, you can wipe, reset the encounter, and try again without fully completing the raid.

Tips

  • If farming this achievement for multiple characters or a group, wiping intentionally after a failed attempt resets the encounter so everyone can retry without clearing the raid.
