Get to the Choppa!
Obtain a Mekgineer's Chopper or a Mechano-hog.
Get to the Choppa! is a 10-point achievement earned by obtaining either the 
Mekgineer's Chopper (Alliance) or the 
Mechano-Hog (Horde), a two-passenger mount craftable only by Engineers.
Level Engineering to 450
You must have Engineering skill at 450 to craft the mount — owning or riding one does not require Engineering, but crafting it does.
Reach Exalted Reputation
Alliance players must reach Exalted with the Alliance Vanguard, and Horde players must reach Exalted with the Horde Expedition — the easiest method is running level 80 heroic dungeons without equipping a tabard that redirects reputation.
Buy the Schematic
Once Exalted, purchase the 
Schematic: Mekgineer's Chopper (Alliance) or Schematic: Mechano-Hog (Horde) from the respective faction vendor for 
400 gold, then learn it.
Gather All Crafting Materials
Collect the following materials: 12x 
Titansteel Bar, 40x 
Handful of Cobalt Bolts, 2x 
Arctic Fur, 1x 
Salvaged Iron Golem Parts, 8x 
Goblin-Machined Piston, and 1x 
Elementium-Plated Exhaust Pipe — all of these can be sourced from the Auction House or gathered directly.
Craft or Commission the Mount
The mount is not bind-on-pickup, so if you are not an Engineer yourself, you can provide the materials to an Engineer who knows the schematic and have them craft it for you — tip them for their service.
