Silver in the City
Fish up the silver coins listed below from the Dalaran fountain.
Silver in the City requires you to fish up a set of silver coins from the Dalaran fountain, located in The Eventide zone at 52, 65 in the south of Dalaran, near the Grand Master Fishing Trainer.
Reach the Dalaran Fountain
Head to The Eventide zone in southern Dalaran and find the fountain at 52, 65, right next to the Grand Master Fishing Trainer. You must have a fishing skill of 430 or higher to fish here.
Fish Up the Silver Coins
Cast your line into the fountain and fish up all the required silver coins: 
Aegwynn's Silver Coin, Alleria's Silver Coin, Antonidas' Silver Coin, Arcanist Doan's Silver Coin, Fandral Staghelm's Silver Coin, High Tinker Mekkatorque's Silver Coin, Khadgar's Silver Coin, King Anasterian Sunstrider's Silver Coin, King Terenas Menethil's Silver Coin, King Varian Wrynn's Silver Coin, Maiev Shadowsong's Silver Coin, Medivh's Silver Coin, Muradin Bronzebeard's Silver Coin, Prince Magni Bronzebeard's Silver Coin, and A Peasant's Silver Coin. Without using the gold coin buff, this process can take upwards of 5 hours.
Use Gold Coins to Speed Progress
When you fish up a gold coin such as 
Arthas' Gold Coin, use it by throwing it back into the fountain — this temporarily increases your chances of fishing up further coins and can significantly cut down your total time at the fountain.
Tips
Throwing a gold coin back into the fountain grants a temporary buff that increases your coin catch rate — use every gold coin you fish up rather than holding onto them.
